You may order any of our products on-line with a credit card, Visa MasterCard or Paypal. Your transactions are completely secure! However, you may also order by phone (508-732-0082) call anytime Monday thru Saturday from 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM EST.
You may also place an order by postal mail or email. We accept your money orders made out to Mystic Rock, please contact us so that we may give you the correct total and where to send it.
You can also use your Paypal account. If we do not receive your Paypal payment your order will be canceled. ***We reserve the right to request Money Order as payment in certain situations.***
International Countries We Ship To:
Currently we ship to the U.S. and some **selected foreign countries (by email request only)**
We ship to countires that have Priority Mail International and can pay by PayPal in U.S. Dollars.
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
International Shipping is calculated on total dollar amount spent. We do not offer express shipping for international orders. International shipping rates have increased due to postal rate changes for overseas deliveries. We will not be shipping certain items due to their delicate nature such as paper posters. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of international orders.

Shipping:
Shipping is calculated on dollar spent and weight. Your shipping price covers the labor in which your order gets ready to go out the door: picking, packing, packing materials, processing, getting order ready to go to the post office and the cost of shipping the item (postage).
Priority Mail:
Priority/rush mail is when we take your order give it special attention and process/move it ahead of other orders that want first class shipping. With Priority mail we also will ship it priority mail with delivery confirmation. Delivery is usually within 4 days after it has been shipped.
First Class Mail:
First class mail is when we process your order in the order it was received then shipped first class U.S. mail. Delivery is usually within 7 to 14 days after it has been shipped and depending on where you are located.
Lost/or Damaged Packages:
Lost or Damaged Packages: Please make sure that your ship to address is correct when you place an order. Most orders reach their destination with no problems, but on occasion there can be one that does not. We encourage you to add delivery confirmation (1.50) & insurance (2.50) to your order so that you know it's been shipped to you, (you can add these to your order, visit our showcase category and pick what you want to add) charges will be added to your shipping total.
We regret that we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit. Should the package arrive to you damaged or is lost, please contact the carrier for a refund. **If you DO NOT purchase delivery confirmation & Insurance and your order gets lost we CAN NOT re-ship the order.** Once your order leaves our hands and is in the postal service system it is out of our control.
Unclaimed Packages:
Unclaimed Packages or items returned to us due to bad address will be held for 15 days. Customer must pay full shipping charge again to receive package. If we are not contacted, order will be canceled.
Cancellation of Orders:
You may cancel an order with no charges, however if your order has already gone through the processing system and you cancel it then, we will have to charge a 5.00 re-stocking/processing fee. You will see your original order processing on your credit card statement and also you should see a refund for that order minus the 5.00 fee, usually in 1 to 2 billing cycles.
Discounts/Coupons:
Discount Codes/coupons cannot be automatically deducted from the PayPal option. We will manually total your discount and refund the costs via PayPal.
If paying with Visa/Mastercard **shopping cart won't relect the savings, we will deduct the amount when we manually process your order**
Catalogs:
We do not offer a paper catalog, all merchandise can be seen here at our website.
Wholesale:
Sorry we do not do Wholesale Orders, or Custom Print T-shirts. Our shirts are all pre-printed with Graphics from the manufacturer. If you are a business and are interested in bulk discount we might be able to help on certain products, email us your request.

Rock T-shirts:
We have all your favorite Rock T-shirts, Concert T-shirts, Band T-shirts, at GREAT prices!! We offer Rock Tees from Classic Rock, Classic Punk to Modern Rock. You will be pleased with your selection :)
The quality of our t-shirts are excellent. I personally can vouch for wearing my favorite Led Zeppelin t-shirts and washing them many times over. I do however recommend washing all your Rock Tees inside out and try to limit dryer time, that will keep your favorite Band T-shirt looking new longer.
Most of the T-shirts are made of 100% cotton. Some may be a blend of cotton/polyester. Most are pre-shrunk and have a silk screen graphics on both sides or tour dates.
Liquid Blue Rock T-shirts are very high quality tees, their graphics cover the whole front of the t-shirt and are a generous size, all pre-shrunk. Your Liquid Blue Tie Dye T-shirt will look brilliant and last you a very long time.
T-shirt Size Info:
To give you an idea the sizing of our T-shirts, all are cut to Adult Men's size unless it states Girls Tee. Measurements are all approximate and vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Length of t-shirt is from neckline to bottom of hem. Width is measured from under arm to under arm across the chest. Measurements given are length by width. **T-shirt Prices** most regular priced t-shirts range in price from $18.00 up to $29.00 for sizes Small to X-Large. XXL tees have a $2.00 extra charge that will not be reflected in the shopping cart, but is added on when we process your orders manually (orders are not processed in real time). If the t-shirt is loaded in the catalog as an XXL item by itself with no other sizes, the price shown is the price you can expect to pay. If paying by Paypal for a XXL tee the extra $2.00 charge will be billed to you.

Rock Ladies Girly Babydoll Tees:
Our ladies tees are mostly one-size fits most. They are usually fitted and have some stretch to them. Made of 100% cotton or cotton/poly To give you an idea the sizes that will fit most of these girl tees. If it says 1-size it can generally fit size small, medium, large junior size from size 6 to about a 12.
Babydoll Tees are generally for the junior size girl with an average figure. If you like your tee with a sexy shruken look you will love your rock babydoll tee.

They have some stretch. All measurements are from across the chest unstretched.

Rock Girly Cut Ladies Tees:
These tees are different in style than our babydoll version. The Girly tee is cut to fit a girls shape but is more like a regular t-shirt in light weight jersy material some have capped sleeves others have regular sleeves. It's a very vintage retro look, the fit is slim has shorter sleeve than the guys t-shirts and length falls to just to the upper hip. 100% combed cotton.
Youth Tees:
For our young Rockers, these tees can be worn by boys, young girls or junior girls. they are shorter in length than an adult size tee, usually around 25 to 26 inches long.
Infants Onsies:
For the littlest of rockers, comfie onsies are sure to look cool for your baby. Snaps at the bottom for easy diaper changing. All time favorite a must for your babys rock wear.
Toddler Rock Kids Tee:
Your little tot will be the coolest litlle kid in the block sporting rock t-shirts of the greatest bands. You're never too young or old to Rock n Roll :)

Rock Band Patches:
Rock band patches are embroidered, woven, or silk screened canvas sew on, licensed band patches. Most of the band patches are approximately 3 inches in length or diameter, some are smaller or larger. Most can be ironed on, but I would highly recommend sewing them on, you wouldn't want to take a chance of your favorite patch falling off, which can happen with constant use and washings. We offer you Classic Rock, Metal Hard Rock, Modern Rock, Punk Rock, and some Cool Novelty Patches. We also have a few large Back Patches for your Jackets.

Rock Band Stickers:
Most of the Rock Stickers and Decals are about 4" long in general. Some are as large as 9". The mini Stickers will be discribed as such and are about 2" long. Our Rock stickers have many uses, you can stick them on just about anything, from lockers, books, cars anywhere you want to make a statement! The more protected they are the longer they will last, meaning if you stick them on your car bumper you can expect them not to last as long as if you were to place them inside your car. Our Bumperstickers are about 12" long and 3" wide.

Rock Buttons Pins:
Our Rock Buttons and Pins are cool to wear and collect. We have Classic Rock Buttons and Punk Rock Buttons. Our small rock buttons are approximately 1 inch diameter and our big rock buttons are approximately any where from 1 1/4 inch diameter to 1 1/2 inch to 2 inches diameter.

Rock Tapestry Fabric Posters:
Our Rock Tapestries are made of a silky material and measure roughly 28"x41", they have vibrant colors and have many uses. You can of course hang them as wall hangings, frame them, take them with you to rock concerts and wave them as a banner, cover a table, or drape it over a chair, display it in your car. I would handwash these and drip dry. A great and inexpensive way to decorate your surroundings.

We can not accept returns on either earrings or any body jewelry due to health issues. Thank you for understanding.
